I am an enthusiastic and passionate designer specialising in Knitwear and Menswear. This passion stems from my love of art and often knitting can create an expression I can’t find in a woven fabric. With the impact of Covid-19 at the start of the year and unable to produce much 3D work, my collection had a chance to explore the impact It could have through concept. I was particularly influenced by the novel, ‘The Trial’, by Franz Kafka and wanted to explore my strange but alluring thoughts that arose from the book. Therefore, my collection explores this and highlights how relevant the issues raised by the novel still are today, reminding the viewer to consider their perspective and always question the status quo.
